    Workmanship warranty and a check-up visit to adjust hinges and doors after the first wet season.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build a home office in a bedroom?

Yes. We design compact desk-and-wardrobe combinations, fold-away desks and alcove offices that fit into bedrooms and guest rooms.

Do you include cable management?

Always — grommets, cable trays, hidden power and space for routers and UPS units.

Do you charge for a site visit and quote?

No. Site visits and quotes are free across our service areas in south Bali and Ubud. For remote locations we may agree a small travel fee in advance.

What deposit do you require?

Typically 50% to start production, 40% when pieces are ready for installation and 10% on completion. Exact terms are written in your quote.

Can you work from my architect's or designer's drawings?

Yes. We regularly build from architects' and interior designers' drawings and can prepare shop drawings for approval before production.
