Frequently asked questions
Do you work in Bingin, Padang Padang and Pecatu?
Yes, we cover the whole Uluwatu area, including Bingin, Padang Padang, Pecatu, Suluban, Labuan Sait and Dreamland.
What materials do you recommend for cliffside villas?
For outdoor areas we recommend ulin, merbau or teak with UV oil, stainless steel fixings and composite decking in very exposed spots.
Do you charge for a site visit and quote?
No. Site visits and quotes are free across our service areas in south Bali and Ubud. For remote locations we may agree a small travel fee in advance.
What deposit do you require?
Typically 50% to start production, 40% when pieces are ready for installation and 10% on completion. Exact terms are written in your quote.
Can you work from my architect's or designer's drawings?
Yes. We regularly build from architects' and interior designers' drawings and can prepare shop drawings for approval before production.
